Boletos due on February 20 and 21 can be paid, without accruing interest and fines, on Ash Wednesday. Value transfers via PIX will work normally, 24 hours a day. Febraban advises customers to preferably use digital channels, such as bank websites and applications, to make transfers and bill payments on festival days, when there will be no banking hours at the branches. INSS Agencies of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) will also be closed on the Carnival holiday. And the service units are back up and running from 2 pm, with services scheduled for face-to-face assistance. If the citizen needs more information about Social Security, the INSS Telephone Center 135 will be available from Saturday to Tuesday, until 6 pm, with human assistance. And 24 hours a day, every day of the holiday, with electronic service. INSS does not answer via WhatsApp. It is worth remembering that the services are also accessible on the Meu INSS website and on the app with the same name, available to be downloaded for free on Android and IOS systems. Correios On Saturday (18), the Correios will deliver letters and packages. And the agencies that usually open on Saturdays will serve the public. For service units located in shopping malls, airports and shopping centers, the Post Office informs that the operation will have special hours until 2:30 pm, on this day. On Monday and Tuesday of Carnival, services will be suspended. Service and deliveries will resume on Ash Wednesday, with branch opening scheduled for noon. Bolsa de Valores The Brazilian Stock Exchange, B3, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. And it works again for the financial market only on Wednesday, from 1 pm. Hemocenters In the federal capital, the Blood Center Foundation of Brasília will open in a few days. Opening hours on Saturday will be normal, from 7:15 am to 6:00 pm. On Sunday and Tuesday of public holidays it will be closed to the public. And on Monday (20), blood collections will be between 7:15 and 12:00.
