If the threat is made in a virtual environment, it is recommended to inform the social network, website, email address, username, profile URL in the case of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other networks. The information, according to the ministry, will be forwarded to the police, Tutelary Council or Federal Police. Dial 100 receives and forwards reports of possible attacks on day care centers, schools and other educational institutions and urgently forwards them to the security forces. The center is prepared to receive the complaint in its own form and forward it to the police authorities and the Tutelary Council of the region, as well as, in cases where data on cyber crimes are provided, forward them to the Federal Police. The complainant does not need to identify himself, the complaint is anonymous. It is important that the whistleblower inform data such as the location of the threat and the suspect’s data, if possible. In the case of virtual environments, inform the means used for the threat in social networks, such as website, social network, email address; and the username and URL of the profile in the case of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, social networks in general. The Ministry of Justice and Public Security also has a channel to receive reports of school violence. Reports about threats of attacks can be made to the Escola Segura channel.
