Paralympic cycling: Lauro Chaman wins gold in World Cup stage

The Brazilian Lauro Chaman won, this Friday (21), the gold medal in the time trial, class C5, in the stage of the Paralympic Cycling World Cup held in Maniago (Italy). Chaman’s gold is Brazil’s second medal in the competition. Last Thursday (20) Gilmara Sol do Rosário won bronze in the handbike event, class H2, with a time of 32min57s17. She was behind the American Katerina Brim (26min18s07) and the Italian Roberta Amadio (32min57s17).
