A presidential order published this Monday (8) in the Official Gazette of the Union by Vice-President Geraldo Alckmin provides for 120 days for the preparation of the new National Plan for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities – Plano Viver Sem Limite. “Faced with the obstacles faced by people with disabilities in realizing their fundamental human rights, I determine the adoption of measures”, highlights the text, citing the following folders: – Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic; – Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship; – Ministry of Education; – Ministry of Health; – Ministry of Justice and Public Security; – Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services; – Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation; – Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger; – Ministry of Cities; – Ministry of Labor and Employment The coordination of the program, according to the publication, will be with the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship.
