The City Hall of the capital of São Paulo informed this Tuesday (30) that it has indefinitely extended the flu vaccination for the entire population over 6 months of age. Since the last day 15, the municipal administration is applying the vaccine in this group. ′′ The extension is another opportunity for those who haven’t been immunized against the disease yet. Vaccination is a gesture of care, protection and the best form of prevention against diseases”, highlights the municipal secretary of Health, Luiz Carlos Zamarco. Doses against the Influenza virus are applied in all basic health units (UBSs), open from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm, and in outpatient medical assistance (AMAs)/Integrated UBSs, which serve from 7 am to 7 pm, including Saturdays and holidays. The population can search for the UBS closest to their residence through the Busca Saúde platform.
