As Liesa’s regulations allow, two schools exchanged positions: Vila Isabel, which would end the parade, exchanged with Viradouro, third place, which will now close the presentation. Vila Isabel will be the third to perform. Positions Two schools already had defined positions in the 2024 carnival parade. The current champion of the Ouro Series, Porto da Pedra, will start the presentations on Sunday. This is because the regulation determines that the school that came from the access opens the parade on Sunday. Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel, second to last classified in the Special Group in this year’s carnival, is responsible for starting the parade on the 12th.
