This Tuesday (27) is the deadline for enrollment in the University for All Program (Prouni) for the second semester. Those interested in participating in the selection process will have until June 30 to register, through the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education. The result of the first call is scheduled for the 4th of July and the result of the second call for the 24th of July. In case the candidates were not selected in the regular calls, the program offers a new opportunity, through the waiting list. To do so, it will be necessary for the candidate to express interest on the 14th and 15th of August. The waiting list will be announced on August 18th. Prouni is the federal government program that offers scholarships – full and partial (50%) – in private institutions of higher education, for undergraduate and sequential specific training courses. To enroll in the program, the candidate must have participated in the 2021 or 2022 edition of the National High School Examination (Enem), and have obtained a score equal to or greater than 450 points in the average grade. In addition, it is necessary that the writing score has not reached zero, and that the candidate has not participated in the Enem as a trainee – a situation in which participation is made for the purposes of self-assessment of students who have not yet completed high school. For purposes of classification and eventual pre-selection in Prouni, the Ministry of Education uses the Enem edition in which the participant obtained the best performance. To have access to the full scholarship, the student must prove a gross monthly family income of up to 1.5 minimum wages per person. For the partial scholarship, the gross monthly family income must be up to three minimum wages per person.
