Brazil recorded 55,908 cases and 180 deaths from covid-19 in 24 hours, according to the epidemiological bulletin released this Wednesday (6) by the Ministry of Health. Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 35.45 million cases and 690,409 cases. According to the bulletin, 34.32 million people contracted the disease and recovered, which represents 96.8% of cases. There are still 434,843 cases under follow-up. The ministry reported that the Health Secretariats of Mato Grosso and Tocantis did not update the data. States Regarding the number of cases, São Paulo has the highest number of cases, with 6.2 million, followed by Minas Gerais (3.9 million) and Paraná (2.8 million). The lowest numbers of cases are in Acre (154,941), in Roraima (179,841) and in Amapá (181,898). In the number of deaths, São Paulo had 176,465 deaths, followed by Rio de Janeiro (76,173) and Minas Gerais (64,014). The smallest numbers are in Acre (2,032), in Amapá (2,165) and in Roraima (2,177). Of this total, 181.07 million are for the first dose, 163.53 million for the second dose and 5.02 million for single doses. There were also 101.56 million booster doses, 38.51 million booster doses and 4.91 million additional doses.
