But, because of the time of the game, the traditional beer and barbecue were replaced by breakfast. “I’m eating cheese bread”, joked content creator Ana Paula Christe, 34 years old. “I wanted to see this debut in Brazil in an environment where I could feel the warmth of the fans, of having more people with the same purpose. Watching at home is cool, but watching in the middle of the crowd is much better”, she said, to Agência Brasil. Ana Paula is trying to follow all the matches of this World Cup. “I started, shortly before the World Cup, changing my schedule. I’m living this month exclusively for the Cup. So I’m staying up all night watching all the games. And he’s in for a big surprise. I think this Cup shows how football [feminino] is evolving worldwide. The United States leading only 3-0 [do Vietnã] is to show how we [mulheres] it’s progressing and that’s good,” she said. The fan is confident in Brazil for this World Cup. “I expect a final. I think we showed, in the last preparation games, that we are able to face all the teams”, highlighted Ana Paula. “They are letting us dream. I really believe in a final”, she added, who is betting on a 3-0 score for Brazil today. Young Isadora Daiane, 14 years old, a soccer player, also decided to wake up early to watch the national team play. “I’m waiting for a goal”, she said, who is a fan of the player Marta. But unlike Ana Paula, she does not believe that the national team has conditions to win this Cup. “I don’t think there is. It’s going to be tough,” she analyzed.
